Larini Exhaust

Thanks for taking a look.

Does anyone have any experience with Larini Systems exhaust for the DB9? Im a ready to pull the trigger for a rear box and after doing some research I have fell in love with the super exotic tone of the Larini unit...but I have not found much info or feedback on it.

Also, is the job of changing the exhaust very complicated? Any idea how many hours a dealer would charge me to do the work?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Granted, it's for an RSC Exhaust, and a Vantage but everything is identical to what I posted here: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ing-guide.html

Scott, Thanks, I will send you a PM.

Stuart, Thanks for the link! Looks like a pretty straight forward job. I don't have easy access to a lift, so I'm not sure if its something I want to tackle on my own. I do want to get ahold of you regarding an ecu flash for this car in conjunction with the exhaust...can't really see doing 1 without the other..

If you have a trolley/roller jack and a pair of axle stands it is definitely do-able without a lift. Lots of people have done it but it depends how keen you are I guess.

Can you email me at Stuart@RSCTuning.com or call 786-325-7529 would be happy to discuss ECU etc. You should definitely do filters as well.

Stuart, Thanks for the info. I would definitely like to try to tackle this myself..seems like a fun project. I'll be in touch regarding the ecu flash..

Thanks again! Eric

speedracer800...please keep us posted on how this goes...was thinking of potentially doing an exhaust at some point would love to hear on your experience with the Larini, not only fit and finish and installation, but sound and any gains and/or weight savings, overall impressions on how you are liking it.

Take plenty of pics and some sound clips if you can

Stuart...I already have your air filters! put them in the day I got my DB9...now just driving 'er for a bit...already put on 1400 or miles since I picked her up Jan 14th, most of which was the road trip from Palm Beach back home...the DB9 was the perfect GT Cruiser for sure! Hope to have pics and a proper write-up coming soon...

Will do! I will hopefully be getting started here soon. After much thought and research I have decided on the Larini box for sure. I'm looking at tuners right now.. Its going to be both or nothing I think.

Thanks..yeah, I have seen those. Those 2 clips are what started my romance with Larini. Kind of waivering between the Larini or the RSC system. How about some opinions??
