"Only" a dislocated knee? I have dislocated my shoulder before and that hurt like a mother! Still, to be able to hop away from an accident like that, you've gotta feel lucky...

I don't see a cage. Looks like a glancing hit, which is why it tore off the door. Or maybe that was just the second barrier that took the door off.
