Couple interesting eBay listings ...

One in the "Oh dear" dept:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Aston...t_37840wt_1103

... and one in the "Hmmm, maybe my kid can go to public school next year" dept:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Set-4-Perfec...ht_3493wt_1077

Fyi, both CJPatel and I had bought wheels from vendor #2 and were very happy. And yes, a couple of the pics in the listing show the 19" Sport Pack wheels on a car vs the 20" wheels that are listed. But are these Vantage wheels? I'm not aware of any OEM 20" wheels for the V8V. I'm wondering if these are the non-graphite, 10 spoke 20" DBS wheels. The P-Zero Corsa's would fit with that.

Edit - Didn't embed the links as I think that's a forum no-no ... wasn't sure, but I see that they automatically are active links anyway. My apologies to the mods if I've transgressed.

+1 on that! Will appeal to a "special" personality.

Those wheels are lust-worthy. Can you share your experience in getting stuff into Canada from that vendor?

As for "Oh dear", we really need to come up with some kind of content warning when Mansory (or similar) pictures are posted!

Lol, my favourite part at the skirt air scoops that lead exactly _nowhere_

They ship the wheels via UPS individually boxed. PM'd you the details.

Beautiful Wheels and a pretty fair price, but Be Aware that these wheels appear to not have the TPMS sensors, so that will be another $1,000 or so.

Just realized the wheels come with the Corsa tires. As I've posted before, the Corsa tires are magnificent. I maintain that the Corsa tires, or equivalents, are one of the best mods you can do if you enjoy spirited driving in the twisty bits.

No comment on the first listing
That second listing is not the new Vantage Sport Pack wheels
The Sport Pack wheels use the Bridgstone RE050 and they are 19" not 20"
Those are not Vantage wheels they are DBS wheels and won't fit a Vantage

Yes, that's what I surmised as well looking rough the current option packages. This appears to be the variant that does not have the graphite color on the sides of the spokes.

I have seen several Vantages with DBS 20" wheels. I've even been contemplating putting them on my V8V. What makes think they don't fit?

There's been at least one big thread debating this IIRC. The bottom line was that this was not w/in spec according to AM (concerns abt the suspension not being spec'd to handle travel of larger wheels) but that there were definitely people who'd done it and not reported any real world problems w it.

Those are the forged 10 spoke DBS wheels. They were a $3800 option on my car. I think the tires, which are also optional from the factory, cost an additional $1500. Overall, seems like a great deal, if you like the wheel. I think it's one of the best looking wheels on the road.

The Corsa is a great tire but wears quickly and costs a small fortune. I recently replaced the stock P Zero (which is not a great tire and still wears quickly) with the Michelin Pilot Super Sport. Huge difference.
