Beautiful car! Can't wait to see it lowered. Any reason you went with them over Velocity AP's?

I decided to go with KW because their spring kit is height adjustable. I am running wider Forgeline wheels and tires (275/40/20 F and 315/35/20 R) so I need to be able to dial in the drop especially in the front where there is an increased chance of rubbing with the wider tires.

VelocityAP's lowering springs are definitely a good value (for Aston Martin aftermarket parts) and I would've gotten them if I were still on the stock wheels and tires.

Absolutely in love with your car! Probably going to go with the KW also when I get mine. Waiting for a used white on red one to come up for sale in Canada. There's a 2020 for $213,000, but there's a grey on black one for $144,000. Hoping for a white one to be on the lower end soon.

Is your car the one you had a thread on removing the rear bumper stops? The whole thing looks great!

Oddly I like the bumper stops.

Yes. That was my Vantage on the thread. I think the rear of the British and RoW cars look a lot cleaner without the bumperettes so I had them removed prior to applying paint protection film to the entire car. The bumperettes delete + VelocityAP's larger quad exhaust tips make the rear look much better in my opinion.

Anyway, here's a shot I took while there was a brief break in the clouds.

Power, Beauty, Soul and Noise

My two untameable beasts

Vantage 4.7L 2008 with Onix Black inside out
Vanquish 2017 Quantum Silver with Carbon options and B&O

Spot 9 is yet to find its AML. Will be a pre AMG involvement, just to keep the lineage somewhat pure

How did you get a 4.7 in a 2008 Vantage?

V8 4.7L was introduced in 2008 if I recall correctly.
Located in Switzerland, both cars with one driver forever

What a difference lowering springs make.

I don't get why your H&R springs sit so low in the back (looks great) while mine sit so high? Have you adjusted the position of the perch at all?

I had them installed, I have meant to check the perch adjustment, however I love the look. Just not he scraping. That was right after installation, I swear they have settled down another 1/4 to 1/2". I keep getting a thumbs up from the stance kids now.

Finally got to working on the workshop. It's 18x40'. Order a 4 post lift for the middle. Garage tiles on the way. Slate and yellow large checkerboard with black outline. But first, let there be light! Added 9 high power LED shoplights overhead. Just hanging for now, I'll tuck them up to the ceiling later. garage can flood with storm surge so I have to account for that in everything I install. All must be on wheels ready to bug out. Garage tiles will be flow through grate style.

What a difference over the original 2 lights. Even inside the car is bright enough to work. (Going to kill my son-in-looser for not throwing away his Slim Jim wrapper!)

Finally getting around to posting pictures. Vantage is a 2020. GT3 is a 2011.
