I have had 8 Vantages, most were silver (preferred) and a few black (not so preferred). My most recent is Midnight Blue like yours seems to be which has grown on me as really elegant with the silver and chrome trim. This is what your car would look like with bigger wheels:
Believe me, I was not looking for blue either, lightning silver seemed to’pop’ to me. But just went with this when it showed up as it checked most all the boxes all the way around; Six speed manual was the main credential. Yours looks stellar, agree on the dark blue black interior silver stitching and trim. When clean it does pop.
The wheels look great on your car, I’m more of an OEM guy, actually one of the wheels was redone on mine and the powder coat is separating. Rather than have it fixed if anybody has a deal on a front wheel, clean OEM not refurbished, would be interested. I’m in the Dallas area. Thank you. Tom.

Congratulations on the purchase! There are a good few of us in the DFW area with AMs. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to meet the group.

Ascendent- Yes! Would like to actually... Would like to get new rubber for the car first however. Also, looking for a front 7-spoke wheel with the OEM finish (not a refurb wheel)... One of mine was refurbed and the powder coat is lifting. On tires for the Vantage, looks like the 'sport' package offered 10mm wider tires. Anyone know if I can run those wider ones on the stock 8.5" and 9.5" wheels? lastly, who do you use for service in the DFW area? I m competent to do most service, but it's time vs. $$ for me...unless it's crazy technical or expensive.
I'm in the way N FW area, about 6 miles west of Texas Motor Speedway and 4 miles north, way out in the middle of no where... Not sure where everyone else is located.
Actually, I kind of like it... Favorite for me is dark blue w/oxblood interior. This is different, but I don't hate it... If only the pain was a bit more teal-blue...

Congrats on the car -- they're fantastic. About the tires, the original Sports Pack did not have wider tires or wheels. The S had half-inch wider rear wheels and 10mm wider tires front and rear (they became standard on the non-S Vantage as of the 2012.25 model year). You can fit the wider tires from the S on your original wheels. Personally, though, I'm keeping the original size intended for my car ('09 Sports Pack).
New photo day!
I took the Vantage out to a nice wooded location this morning so I could take a few photos with my DSLR for the Aston Martin Heritage Trust. After taking 20 or 30 pictures I landed on these three as the best ones.
