My Quantum Silver V12 Vantage
Well, You could always pull the "I bought the mount officer, it just hasn't come in yet... This isn't a Ford you know" And place the plate on the front dash before he walks over... That's my plan anyways...
Thank you! I believe you where one of the first with the car and spurred the rest of us to upgrade!
Amen to that - too long of a winter! Had to get a car cover, so I don't cry every time I go into the garage.
Not sure how good I can photograph this car, the Lightning Silver was an amazing colour to capture, and made my talent seem better than it was. But I shall definitely try and have to start a new video project I was working with the older car (just need somebody to fly the Helicopter with the GoPro attached to it now
)
Thank you! Your car, finally pushed me over the edge.
I mentioned to Aston.ca - Back in 2010, I constantly bugged my dealer about the V12 for North America . . . Gave up and pulled the trigger on the 4.7, only to see AM announce weeks later . . . Doh
!
haha - I'm sure at the summer meets I will hear the outside voice! Tell your son, he's got his ride booked!
Thanks - Still getting used to the colour. Sure, I'll come to love it - Wasn't 100% about the Yellow accents, but it really plays well against the Quantum.
Thanks. Funny enough, I got to meet him a few years back during my Factory tour - Really nice guy, took some time out while inspecting a sold DBS Lightning Silver - After which, the car was going to Works Service, for requested upgrades in carbon bits. Seemed so strange that they would fully assemble the car and quality check it, then disassemble to install some new bits...
Thanks! On my first car, I ran without plates for a year and was pulled over 22 times. I ended up with two tickets, but they used the no plate as an excuse to pull me over. At that point, it was really obvious they where interested in looking at the car.
My Insurance Broker called me up and said put your plate back on, they had a note in their system about the two tickets. Broker said it would affect my future rates and not to take it lightly. So I stuck it back on.
Lately, quite a few of my friends running exotics have gotten a spade of tickets for no front plate - - so the long and short of it: really not work the hassle. And the plate fell off line doesn't work either. It's such a shame, ruins the look!

Once again, THANKS for all the comments guys!
Really excited about the car!

Like the sentiments in another active thread - I was so tempted to go Italian, but didn't want all the attention. While I'll be the first to criticize the short comings of Aston Martin, they are just so unique - somehow they keep getting me back.
I flip my cars so often, but I think this ones going to get a good home for a while . . .
Thanks all! Having fun with the car.
Doubt I'll drop it - drive it daily (weather permitting) and it's difficult enough in the city with entrances, & ramps. Any lower, would just make it undrivable.

And another Mick Freeman car too -- he's been at this for a long time!
