Unfortunately flood waters like this tend to carry lots of floaties along which increases the amount of damage the flowing water can do, and is also one of the key reasons people die in flood waters - get knocked about, pass out, drown.

In Houston during floods or hurricanes we are constantly reminded to stay out of flood water, as even just a little is enough to knock you off your feet and suddenly you find yourself in a flood-grinder of debris.

Norman,

An '09 Brooklands -- well done! I've never been able to get very excited about the Conti GT with its Phaeton underpinnings, great car though it is. The Brooklands, On the other hand -- that's a BENTLEY.

Ha ha no problem about that since I plan on getting another aston in the future. I have been busy lately so didn't have time to pick up the Bentley yet but should do so around Wednesday. Here is a pick of the beast.

AXA,
Not really my cup of tea. The proportion of the R8 has never looked quite right to me.
