I've done a few of these with Aston Martin Austin. They are a blast. The roads are wonderful.

I have been down that way on the motorcycle during the ROTT rally. Beautiful country out there with some great BBQ thrown in for icing on the proverbial cake.

 

Quick update... We have 8 guys lined up with varying rides from v8v coupes and roadsters to a v12 and a DB9. Should be a great event. Please let me know if you are interested, next Sunday May 19, 1030a Weatherford.

 

A huge thanks to Jeff for organizing everything. We had a great time, despite my missing a turn and getting separated from the group for a time. I will post some pictures if any turned out worth sharing!

Now the bad news. My forward facing video camera decided to corrupt the footage of the run, and of the little incident we had. If I can chop out some good footage facing rearward, I will figure out how to post that.

I can't adjust it on this camera and I don't have any editing software, so take it with a grain of salt. And a slice of lime. Followed by a shot of tequila.

The backstory is thus: I missed a turn and got separated and after getting new directions to catch the group, I was forced to pass a car.
