Hey,

Are there any Northern California, Bay Area Aston Martin guys that want to get together for a meet and drive one of these weekends?

If so what do you think about seeing if there are any McLaren guys around who want to join? Might be fun to have a British car thing.

there is a monthly meet at club autosport in san jose, not brand specific. next one is in about a week or two i think on a saturday

 

I am up in Mendocino county and we just did a long 2 day coastal drive. Glorious weather and such beautiful scenery. If you get a bay area trip and are coming north, I would join as possible. There are some great roads up here, including most of the coast, Avenue of the Giants and several very fun river roads. Let me know, John

Sure, my wife is always looking for an excuse to take out the Aston. We're in Saratoga.

Here's a few: Garwood's, right on the lake in Carnelian Bay--You can sit outside on the deck, excellent food and service. Azara's Italian Restaurant in the Center of Incline Village has excellent Italian Food, very friendly staff. Hacienda in Incline Village for Mexican food, and BITE in Incline Village for excellent "American Tapas".

What a great set of photos on facebook! I forgot how absolutely beautiful these various places are especially with an Aston Martin included in the center! I'm planning to be at the San Jose coffee gathering this coming Saturday June 8. Any chance you'll be there? I'm having to leave there at noon though as I'll have a houseful of guests arriving shortly thereafter.
