V8 Vantage Headers, 2010 MY-on

We are now manufacturing and stocking these headers with EGR deletes, both for GT4 cars and for later MY cars which do not have the EGR valve attachment. Same price as the early MY cars.

This particular set is awaiting completion of an exhaust, and then heading out to an Aston Martin dealer in Canada, along with high flow cats, filters & ECU Tune.

One of your resident techs may be along to post more about this later

Stuart: These headers are a real work of art & one of the reason's I'm considering the upgrade... but my Vantage S SP10 seems to offer enough power for me now... had I kept the 2007 V8 it would have ben a no-brainer for me to upgrade.

Bear in mind, these will need to be fitted in conjunction with our 200 cell catalysts due to the O2 sensor relocation.

Thank-you Dan, and glad to hear you're enjoying the 'S'. Such a super car and colour combo.

'enough power'.... oh yeah, I heard that one before. You can never have too much power lol. I forget, did you keep your 200 cell cats off the 2007, or did they go with the car?

I let the 200 cell cats go with the car. I purchased them used from my aston dealer and If I decide to go that route (when I have some money!) I'll go completely new and may ask you for a new rear muffler if the old one proves to be too loud. Quick Question: replacing the secondary cats which are 400 cell cats with your 100 cell cats bump hp by 10hp without too much of a change in loudness?
Oh, and my new photo was taken from the proposed NJ F1 race course on E. Kennedy Blvd. in Weehawkin last week!

I don't know the exact figure TBH. I have a few different sets of dyno results from a few customers but just the 100 cell secondaries on the late MY cars is one I don't have. I would say 8-10 is a reasonable estimate though. The only downside being that they won't mate up to our manifolds, so it would require an additional change to the early my cat setup if one were to do it in stages. Volume would go up a bit, but with 2 primaries @ 600 cells each, the increase in volume would be less than half what it was with the change to 200 cells on your '07.
