Bizzysmore is infamous around these parts
I'm a new member here as well and would like to thank everyone for sharing their Aston insights. I found Grant Neal's AM guide book particularly helpful in aiding my decision to buy a 2010 V8V.

I had a 4.7 ASM1 car before my ASM2 S, had them both for 2 years and ~13k miles in each
Believe me they are "chalk and cheese"
Not so much on +MY12.25 cars though
I still don't understand why AM brought the std car so close to the S spec
A V12VS is a good 40% more before you start optioning

I couldn't convince myself to go for the standard, and the V8VS options were limited. Then I got involved in a heavy project at work and so I'll have to put aside my Aston aspirations for a while.
