Hi:

I've had my car for about 4 months now and it has developed an odd squealing noise from the front right wheel. It tends to happen at lower speeds mostly while turning left (putting the right front under load). It's a really high pitched squeal and does not sound like a brake pad or wear bar. The brakes are virtually brand new with very little wear. Any ideas what this noise can be or what I should look for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Have you done a visual inspection? Either some kind of contact (maybe a bent dust shield or something?) or a small rock lodged in somewhere?

Emergency brake needs adjustment. Pretty typical issue on Vantage. Sounds like it's coming from front but it's not.

 

Well that's interesting because when I picked the car up they just installed new parking brake pads.

How do I adjust them?
