Relocate Sport Switch?

Does anyone know if it's possible to relocate the sport-mode switch? It's hidden behind the shifter when in 1st, 3rd and 5th gear and I'd really like to swap it to the location of the track-mode switch on the opposite side.

Are you sure you don't mean the traction control button ?
Either way I doubt it very much as the loom will be fabricated to link that specific switch to the throttle and exhaust valve
Swapping it to a different location will probably not swap the function just the logo on the front
(assuming the connector on the back is the same and a swap is actually possible)

Sorry yes I did mean the traction control button. I was wondering if someone's had those switches apart and if there's a way to flip the wiring side to side?

Like I say the issue will be the loom not the switch

The only way to do it is there is enough slack in the wiring harness to move it. Relocating the switches alone would do nothing as the switches themselves are keyed so they can only be mated to the proper connector in the harness.

Thanks. If I get ambitious one day I'll disassemble the center console and take a look at the loom. Does anyone know if it's standard wiring to the switch or a PC board/ribbon connector (or if there's a shop manual that contains this level of detail)?

Might be better to wait the until it's no longer under factory warranty before making any changes.
