Hey guys, just found out my new V8GT is in the paint shop in Gaydon and it should be here sometime in October. Quick details:

Roadster
Alloro Green
graphics package
Piano black trim
Upgrade wheels
Yellow calipers
And some other crap

I'm also heading over to Gaydon in September for a private factory tour and I should be able to see my car while there.

Anyone else in northern NJ have a GT on order? What's the owners club situation in northern NJ? Will send pics once I have.

 

I wondered how the lack of FMVSS waiver was going to affect this since it is definitely past the Aug 31st deadline. Then I noticed it is a roadster. Congrats, looks like my GT is going to have several siblings.

 

Congrats on the new car and welcome to the forum! Gaydon's a great factory, I was there last year and it was an amazing thing to see!

 

Mine is a roadster so the date is 2015 ... Are you in NJ?

Congrats, glad to hear of another alloro with graphics pack. Mine is a coup and I pick it up two days ago. Awesome color combo.

No, no tormenting... Just wanted to let you guys know what you are in store for. They will come soon enough. I followed the ship the car came across the pond on almost on a hourly basis. Do you guys have the link to track the ships?

Just looked it up via "the google". Man that is one ugly ship. Says it's on its way to Halifax first. Should arrive there in 5 days. My paperwork says that the ship is not due at the US port until Sept 8 and then the dealer Sept 22.
