A poster on PH had a dead battery and couldn't get into his '07 V8V with his key. He eventually figured out that the key will open his passenger door, but not his driver's side door.
My battery is fine, but I decided to lock my '06 DB9V with the fob and try to open it with the ignition key. Interestingly, my driver's side door won't unlock with the key either, but the passenger door will.
Does everyone else's key open their driver's door after it's been locked with the remote? Anybody know what's going on?

 

manual doesn't mention that, it states to open the door using the key after locked with the remote turn key to the rear of the vehicle (clockwise). It does say it will trigger the alarm. I've tried this in the past and had no problem unlocking the door, and as noted alarm was triggered.
