I own a 2012 vantage. All the parts of the interior are wonderful with lots of attention to details and mostly genuine materials EXCEPT the center analog clock cover. it's plastic. I recently swapped the switches with glass upgrades. My car is pretty new and the cover on the clock is already showing scratches from wiping the dust off. It's the center of the dash and on sunny days I glance at it and notice right away that it's plastic and it's scratched.

Is this the same for all Aston's since the DB-7?
Is there a part from another year or model I can swap to get glass or completely replace the clock??

Try something like Meguiar's Plastx Cleaner Polish? Supposed to remove/minimize scratches in plastics.

I pulled the radio. Good News. The clock is a separate part screwed in to the radio from the back. I removed it, and the plastic face on the clock is pretty easy to remove. Im thinking of replacing it with glass. Only problem is its dome shaped for the minute and second hands to have clearance.
My hope is to be able to source a glass lense and replace it. I may need to have one made.
