AM 101 knowledgebase for my local mechanic?

A local garage will be the primary mechanical caretaker for my 2006 DB9 Volante. I have confidence in them; they're honest, well-equipped, and have worked on a number of exotics while specializing in Porsche, Audi, BMW, etc.
I recognize that there are some projects that will require dealer involvement due to specialized computer software, etc., but I believe they should be able to take care of most annual and periodic maintenance.
I have the workshop manual, and the Maintenance and Repair Guides in the FAQ section of this forum are very helpful for specific procedures, but I'd like to compile a "knowledgebase" of those weird little idiosyncrasies our cars have that it would be helpful for the mechanics to be aware of.
Any contributions to the knowledgebase?
Thanks!
