Tire Wear

Though my alignment is correct according to the shop, the insides of the fronts wore away uniformly. I did not experience this on the last set of PSS, which passed inspection in PA with 30k miles of wear. This set was done at 30k, front and rear, and the only difference in driving conditions were longer trips. The front wear I attribute to incorrect toe in however (having another place check alignment) Has anyone else noticed a change in PSSs'? I really like them, but now wonder if they may be going the way of other Michelin tires.
