Anybody get dust inside the headlight?

See the attached picture. If so, any thoughts on how to get it out?

It's not rock chips or dust on the outside of the headlight.

If you go to the Aston Martin owners club forum there is a long thread about this and how to TEMPORARILY fix it. It and the condensation in the lights is a PITA. Eddy

This particular issue doesn't bother me. Neither does the condensation, it's during cold weather (don't drive in cold much), and it goes away after lights are are on for a bit.
