Question:
Windshield washer motor runs fine. However, fluid does not have sufficient pressure. It appears that the flexible line may be pinched somewhere just above the reservoir. Is the reservoir located just above the bottom removable plate? Therefore, remove the plate and the reservoir is accessible?

You need to remove the RH front wheel, wheel arch liner for access to the reservoir and pump. There's 2 pumps, bigger one is for the headlamps. Being around 6 years old you need to flush the bottle and all hoses. You may want to seek professional help if it's not a pinched hose.
