2 leaks just started out of the blue

Hey folks, I have an 07 Vantage and just got back from a drive and noticed 2 small leaks...they both seem to have just started from the time I last parked the car on my life and this time I parked it after a local drive...about 2-3 weeks total. Any idea what could be causing them? On the front leak, I did check the AOS and it is dry...just fyi.

the first one is the front and I am getting the heaviest drip at the right hand side...and the bolt above that one (can't see in pic) also has some oil residue.

Rear...hard to tell, but these bolts have oil residue as well...but I can't trace it up...

So the first one is the front side of your engine, and the rear is on the transmission?

If the oil is coming from the front of the engine, check the timing cover gasket (and pray that's not the problem).

For the rear, what kind of fluid is it? Gear fluid from the transmission?
