Not Aston-related: TPMS scanner???

Sorry for the irrelevancy, everyone, but there's a lot of diverse car knowledge here and I'm having difficulty getting to the heart of an issue...
My wife drives a Prius, one daughter has a Toyota Sienna minivan, and another daughter has a Hyundai Elantra. Each car has a set of summer tires and a set of winter tires, all mounted on dedicated wheels, and all with TPMS sensors.
I want the freedom to change the wheels myself at the right time, rather than scheduling the cars in at the local tire shop. Unfortunately (unlike with my Mini), those cars require that the wheels be matched with the car using a scanner at each change.
The scanners I've found that do what I need cost $500+. Are any of you in the same situation and have actual experience with one that costs less?
Thanks!

We us an Autel AUL-TS601 for the other brands at our dealership. Although it's still a $900CND device, think the lowest model that can reset the TPMS light on imports is still around $700CND. I know of a few devices that reset the light on domestics but NOT any imports besides the Autel's, and of course those domestic ONLY devices are around $150-300CND
