First they lost the AM new vehicle sales franchise, now they've lost AM factory service authorization too (so they can't do any warranty or recall work, have to go to Los Gatos Luxury Cars for that).

The good news is that they do still have their two AM factory trained technicians, and the AM factory diagnostic tools.

Cole still has their aston mechanic but I have nothing positive to say about them. I live in walnut creek and take my car to San Rafael for service. That should tell you something about cole.
