Have relocated from LA to Charlotte, coming up on 2 year warranty service for 2014 V8V. I have read good things about Foreign Cars Italia in Greensboro but nothing about the FCI in Charlotte. Any opinions on Charlotte dealership appreciated.
Btw, cross-country covered transport by Reliable was excellent and I got a good deal on adding my dd to the order. Thanks.

 

I have only serviced at Greensboro, and am very pleased with Phil their AM tech.

 

I've had service at both locations. Greensboro has a more complete and modern service dept. Charlotte works out of an old dealership, not the best in regards of space. Charlotte does okay, but I would take my car to Greensboro. (Having read you live in Charlotte, I think you are fine for a 2 year service. Not much done on this one.) Have you had the seat heater recall performed? If not, they will have to remove both seats for the repair.

 

Thanks for the input. I'll probably stick with the convenience of CLT dealer given the work involved ….my heater recall was done at Galpin/LA. Looking forward to exploring the SE!

 

Welcome to Charlotte! I just moved from Charlotte to Asheville. There are plenty of great roads on NC. Foreign Cars does a lot for its customers, Cars & Coffee at the dealer, free track days at VIR. I purchase my Vantage from Harry Osborne, great guy! He will look out for you.
