android phone not working correctly with V12V

Hey guys,

Two months ago the hands free Bluetooth feature stopped working in 2011 V12V. The phone is paired with the car because I can make call a if I dial the number using the phone. I can also receive calls. What changed was when I press the phone button on the steering wheel there used to be the voice that said "please say a command". I would say "call home", it would say "calling", Now what happens is the 10 last numbers I dialed appears in in the display on the center console when I press the button. My dealership paired an iPhone to the car and the "please say a command " voice didn't come , but Suri did. They said it was my phone, but that doesn't make sense to me why it suddenly stopped working and my wifes android (but different manufacturer ) phone did the same thing. The car still under factory warranty. Any ideas, irish?
