Couple of issues with my Vantage V12S is

I love my Aston martin 2015 Vantage V12 S but I have 2 issues with my car though. As I had posted before the car kind of gets jerky around 2500-3500 RPMs on occasion. Service couldn't find anything wrong with it on the computer and took out another car and stated it did it too. They came up with 'traction control being touchy'. I am not sure about that? Any thoughts?
The other thing I noticed today the heat comes on if the temperature is set above 66f. Anyone have this same issue?

Neither is an issue, it's a touchy throttle with a high torque powertrain. Set the climate control to "auto" after filling the tank and drive it a few hundred miles.

I think the transmission reset procedure is holding the both paddles in for 10 seconds. Can someone else confirm?

Perhaps you just got a really bad adaptation originally and you just need to reset it to teach the transmission again how you prefer to shift

Maybe irish07 can chime in on the above? There is no 'reset' procedure in the manual and this is the first I've heard of it.
