Anti-Laser Coating

As we all know, a normal radar detector, even one with the capability of detecting lasers, can’t always prevent speeding tickets because as soon as a vehicle is hit by the beam from a laser gun, the speed is instantly recorded. The normal defense is a laser jammer installation. Problem is, that as new laser guns are acquired by police, these jammers need to be updated, and not all have that capability. Since they are always active, they can be detected in ares where they are illegal. My understanding is when using a laser gun, police attempt to target the headlight and front license plate areas, as they provide better reflectivity for the laser than painted surfaces. These jammers don’t make the car invisible, but, hopefully give sufficient warning to slow down once the detector finds a laser gun.

I recently came across an advertisement for this product:
http://www.stealthveil.com

It's a passive coating for headlights and license plates. It may even provide some scratch protection for the lights. I have no idea if it work as well as claimed, and before spending a hundred bucks, thought I’d see if anyone here has tried the system, and get their opinion its effectiveness. I have no connection with the product or its manufacturer and am just seeking the experiences of those who may be using it.
