I ordered "overmats" from the V-Collection. I (wrongly) insisted on Bitter Chocolate since my interior is Bison Brown. The color clashed, so Nicolos from V-Collection looked up my carpet color using my VIN and sent out the correct Phantom Grey mats at no charge. All he asked, was for me to return the Bitter Chocolate mats.


Not trying to promote any company but when they go above and beyond, helping someone from this forum, I feel they need to be acknowledged.


The mats look great! Very high quality and near perfect carpet color match.

 

Cool glad to hear that. I've been looking at their mats and wondering if anyone had a set.

 

I had Nicholas make a set of custom floor mats for me and they turned out nicely. He was easy to work with, I just called him on the telephone to work out the details of what I wanted since they were not standard colors, etc.

 

I have had the same very positive experience withe Nicholas. Great service and great looking mats!
