When you start the car does the power beauty soul, appear in the LCD screen? because those should always come on no matter what the settings are

Do you mean the nav screen or the displays in the gauges?

He means the lcd in the gauges

I mean do you see this? If not then most likely something is wrong with your screen as I dont think you can turn this off.

The screens are blank!
Spoke with John at Galpin earlier today.
His techs have seen this occasionally and suggested that the ground wire from the negative battery terminal may not be making a clean connection to the body.
Will check this weekend.
BTW, John was great

At worst, I will have the car trailered to Miller.

Everyone has been a wonderful help.
Car still has two years of warranty left-purchased it new in May 2015.
