Sub woofer does not work when engine running

Hi Guy's,
My 2007 V8V has the premium sound system. The sub is fully functional when the key is on and I am parked. When I start the car it no longer functions (at all), any ideas?
BTW, I had a very good shop install a NAN TV (for Bluetooth Streaming) unit when I bought the car, in Scottsdale AZ, the car and I are now in Seattle. This is Sub woofer problem is only a recent development.
The only way it works again is to shut off the motor, exit the car then turn on just the key (without starting the car).
Thanks!
Brian

Not certain, may have been this way since the NAV TV was installed. I literally bought the car then had the NAV TV Bluetooth and a Passport 9500 installed, left the car in Scottsdale for 4 month's and had it shipped up recently.
PS the 996TT is the Super Car value of the century.....looks like you figured that out too

The front driver door speaker can cutout and that is related to the Bluetooth module. With the sub behaving the way yours is my guess is it has something to do with the NAV TV install. Perhaps a trigger wire is causing a problem. Does it work with the key in the "accessory" position but not the "run" position? Or does it work with the key in either position and then shut down after actually starting?

Thanks for chipping in!

I just checked and the sub works perfectly in ACC and "Start" but is completely gone when the car is started/running.

Well you've got me. I don't know what would change between the key in start position and the car actually running.
