(New) Vanquish wheels on a DBS

Has anyone seen this done?

I've been acquiring a used set of Vanquish wheels over the past few months. Buying them one at a time as I've located them but in need of "restoration" as my plan is to change the color anyways to a charcoal grey with a fresh diamond cut surface. I've only seen these wheels in gloss black or silver with diamond turned face. Neither of which I'm really crazy about for my Storm Black DBS.

Seems like the offset shouldn't be a problem however they're a half inch wider in both front and rear as compared to DBS wheels. It "looks" like everything will fit just fine and my tires shouldn't be a problem either.. Unless I'm missing something?

I really love these wheels and although the DBS is already absolutely gorgeous, I think they'll give it a bit of an updated look. The larger openings between the spokes will make the beautiful carbon brakes more visible and the wheels really have a more modern appearance.

Thoughts? I'm getting ready to drop these off at my wheel guy for fresh powder coat and resurfacing. I'd love to hear some opinions.

Thanks, Eric

I thought the bolt pattern was larger on the Vanquish wheel than the DBS/DB9. Have you actually fit a wheel to check?

That's one thing I really find annoying about modern Astons....all different bolt circles. A real pain when you might try one set of wheels on a different car.

DB7/DB7 Vantage (4.75) - Vanquish/S Mk I (4.25) - DB9/DBS/Vantage/Virage (4.50) - Vanquish Mk II/Rapide/S (5.00)

That's why used vanquish wheels are cheap... They don't fit anything else

Yep, all makes sense now. I wonder if they'll fit the DB11?
