Even though it was overcast today, I decided to go for my first real enthusiastic drive (i.e. the wife wasn't with me). I drove into the Cascade mountains to a place called Lake Diablo, about a 2 hour drive from where I live.
The car was fantastic, really well planted even in the wet. She's way more civilized than my previous Z4 MCoupé. And that noise, I still can't get enough of it.
My only gripe is that the seat could hug you a bit more (and I have pretty big lats too), I was surprised at that. I prefer the seats in my Z4 MCoupé.
Oh my, what a cool location for a drive. And I love the color of your Vantage. I agree with you about the seats I wish we could get the European sport seats here in the states.

Scenery looks good. Is it a heavily twisty drive up there? I'm always looking for twisties,
There are quite a few twisty bits, it's one of my favorite drives. I see you're from Lynwood. I live in Marysville, so just up the road. Maybe we should do it together sometime!
