Passenger side valve cover bolt - need help

Anyone know a good way to take the rear most bolt off, I am talking about the lower one. There is a hose that sits right over the bolt and there is a bracket attached and the hose is so close, I cannot get a socket on it.

I had to remove the bottom pan to get to the bracket, that bracket is connected to several hoses, so I had to remove the tie straps holding the hoses to remove the bracket.

AM engineers must have received their training in Japan, because those straps were a PITA to get to, on a side note you do not have to remove the 2 firewall braces to remove the valve cover.
