Jack points

Does anyone know if the jack points are different between pre and post 2010 cars? I wonder if there's a difference in the sill clearance, especially for a V8VS. I want to get some jack pads but need to be sure first.

I have 2009 DB9
I went as far as having special metal pads for my lift with exact size matching lifting points. Spent about $500 on that.

Later on friends showed me hockey pucks and how to use them
It's so much easier to use hockey pucks.

So I would say just go with hockey pucks
