Service in San Francisco
Where does everyone service a Aston Martin in San Francisco? I have a 2015 V12VS and I would like to find a place for service in San Francisco that is more reasonable than Los Gatos Luxury Car dealership. Are they the only 'Authorized Service' for Aston Martin?
My car is due for some service around 10,000 miles but the service reminder has popped up due to time (car has about 8,000 miles). The service is $2,500, but the service writer at Los Gatos Aston knocked it down to $1,900 (some filters and wiper blades are not necessary to change at this point). But seriously...$1,900 for oil change and brake fluid flush! I am not opposed to service that is needed but I don't like to pay for 'inspections' that don't require any actual work. And driving from San Francisco to Los Gatos for service should not be necessary.
TIA

Also from the other thread, you also have an option in San Mateo, Peninsula European. Former mechanic at Los Gatos and Bev hills Aston shops that went private.
My annual on a V8 Vantage S was quoted at 2K also at Los Gatos, and Robbie did it for $850.

Or you can order all parts from redpants.lol and have a indy or mobile mechanic do it. Really not bad.
Was thinking this Aston is cheaper to service than my BMW!

Had 2 quotes ranging from $3,000-$4,000 from 2 local Aston dealer for everything we did.
All parts and labor cost me $800 for everything!

I just had the 6 year service for my V12V by Tim at Germany''s Best because of the feedback here. I was very pleased with the service I received. Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. He even replaced a couple under tray bolts that were missing no charge. His time lines and communication were spot on, I would highly recommend him.
