Was parking my other car behind the Aston and saw this hose sticking out. What is this? Is it normal?

I had my exhaust replaced few weeks ago so want to make sure nothing is missing. Just freaked me out as it looked strange and can't image I haven't noticed this before!

 

just saw the video and pictures i took when they installed my exhaust and hose was like that. I guess new exhaust (quicksilver) smaller so this hose is visible.

But what does this hose do?

 

It's the drain tube for the fuel filler housing. If it's hanging more than an inch from the wheel liner, than it's disconnected from the housing.
