Even if you are not a tech head, here is an interesting article describing how various manufacturers have developed lighter and stronger cars over the years. It includes a segment on Aston's use of the VH (Vertical /Horizontal) frame.

Thank you. IMO there is a real lack of tech info in the AM world. I wish the AM magazine would cover topics like that.

I doubt they care much about it. I don't have any facts to back this up but I am guessing less than 3% of new car Aston buyers have any interest at all in the tech or on anything DIY. Used car Aston buyers are another breed though, but clearly not the target of Aston Martin.

The guy I bought my car from had way more money than sense, and one of the Kardashians drives a DB11. Those are the buyers Aston courts. I don't mean any disrespect to any new car Aston owners here. I'm just saying you are in the extreme minority.
