TPMS system/sensor questions

Car is a 2012 Vantage S Roadster, which I understand does NOT have the Smarttyre system, but rather the Beru/now HUF system.

I am replacing the sensors with HUF sensors Model UVS1000. USA car with 315 MHz

Question 1: Will these work?
Question 2: What, if anything, do I need to do to get the system to recognize them? Based on my research on the net, it appears as if I can install them, and just drive 5-10 mins, and they should respond and all should be good. Am I being too optimistic?

Thanks much, Andrew
