Convertible top issue

When I raise my top the top is catching on the lip of the car frame behind the rear seats, if I use my hand I can push the top towards the rear and it won't catch and it does this every time. Anyone know what causes the issue and how to fix?

Oh and it catches right the top right at the top of the rear window.

LotusJPS is infamous around these parts
I had that same issue fix twice under warranty. When it started a third time I put the top half up and saw there's a piece of nylon fabric that keeps the mechanism from rubbing against the headliner that was coming loose. I used some 3m spray adhesive on the back and carefully pressed it to the headliner. That was a couple years ago and hasn't been an issue since.

Can you send me a pic, as I do not see where my DB9 has a strap. What is happening on my car, is the window seems to be pushing into the tub as the top raises, but seems to fold down fine.
