Garage Exhaust Vent Tubes

Has anyone made some exhaust ventilation tubes to be able to run your car in the garage with the doors/windows closed? Looking to come up with a solution and thought I'd see what others have done.

I live on Florida so I don’t need them. However when I lived in New York I would park the rear of the car close to the garage door. I then opened the garage door just high enough to clear the tail pipes. This kept most of the heat in the garage while ensuring that the exhaust gases went out.

Can you buy the tubing I see used in garages just for that?

Yeah, when I worked at dealerships, they'd run a length of large-diameter hose from the exhaust to a small hole in each of the doors. I wouldn't cut a hole in my garage door, but I'd open the garage door a few inches to pass it through.
