Exclamation Unable to purchase subscription

I am in the middle of several repairs on my 2015 DB9 and attempted to purchase a subscription to get access to the workshop manual on [https://www.astonmartintechinfo.com. First, I get an error when I attempt to visit the site, this occurred in Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. The error seems to be due to an expired SSL certificate roughly 13 days ago: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.astonmartintechinfo.com&latest

Even after bypassing the SSL error (by adding an exception in my browser, or rolling the time back on my computer), I can access the site and login. However, ever time I try to purchase a subscription I get a "Your transaction has been canceled please try again".

Questions:
  1. Is anyone else seeing an error when browsing https://www.astonmartintechinfo.com?
  2. Has anyone been able to purchase a subscription in the last 2 weeks?
  3. Any advice on how to notify Aston Martin? I've emailed them 2 times over the past week w/o any response.
I'm a bit in a bind, as I need to access procedures on the workshop manual and my car is in pieces at the moment :/

Thanks for the help!

Shows as canceled, without any interaction from me

error when accessing site. You can bypass by clicking the "Proceed to https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/www.astonmartintechinfo.com]www.astonmartintechinfo.com (unsafe) link"

Sorry to hear. The tech support used to be quite responsive to questions and requests. They even refunded me once since some of the links didn't work after I paid. Maybe 3 to 4 months ago I subscribed again and ran into some technical issues. Never quite heard back either. I didn't bother tracking down anymore.

Maybe call AM Americas?

Thanks for writing about your experience with them. I'll keep trying through their official channel - techinfo@astonmartin.com. I'll report back here when / if this gets resolved.

Looks like they updated their certificate, the site isn't showing an error anymore.
