And I thought that the front fenders (or wings) were made of some FRP (Fiber Re-enforced Plastic) material, if you look at some video of "B is for Build" he fixed his with fiberglass as they were cracked and you can see that it is some kind of fiberglass type material. I included a picture that I found that states all the material our VH platform is made off if someone is interested.

Yup, it's a full mix, plastic front wings, aluminum doors, hood, hatch, roof, steel rear quarters. I wish they hadn't used the steel as it gives me something to worry about rusting at some point.
