I was just looking around and found this 2011 DBS Coupe Auto for $84,999 with only 23k miles

The `11 was in an accident:

Accident reported
Involving rear or side impact
with another motor vehicle
Involving left side impact
Left side primarily damaged
Vehicle functional
Airbags did not deploy

That makes more sense now and I noticed that the other is in UAE

Uh... that's in the UAE - the dollar amount might not be US Dollars - I've been there I think its called drachmas (I have still a few in my wallet).

dirham - It's about four dirham to one US dollar.
