Congrats Zafod. You have excellent taste in cars. Yours looks exactly like my 2009. Is that Tungsten Silver? IMHO our 2009s and 2010s are the best years for the V8V. After that the original design for the rocker panels, front end and back end disappeared and was not improved by the "updates". The purity of its original styling, flowing lines and perfect proportions suffered. The fashionable squared-off ground-effects rockers had the most negative effect. This isn't a condemnation of the updated looks, the V8V still ranks as one of the most gorgeous-looking cars ever made.
Take it easy on the go-fast pedal. The rozzers are attracted to V8Vs even more than they're attracted to donuts. You don't want to meet all the Highway Patrol officers in your area but you'll most likely meet a quite a few of them. Cheers.

I was hunting for 09 or 2010 model as well since I prefer the original Henrik Fisker intended car.
