Brake parts cleaner spray gets the tire weight residue off pretty easily

 

made an appointment at AT to have the 'on the car' wheel balancing done because they advertised that they had the machine. i confirmed the appointment twice. when arriving at appointed time they had me wait with all the other cars that had simply dropped in for tires that day. i waited a half hour, went in and talked to the guy at the desk and explained the situation (i didn't even mention the waiting and that i had made an appointment). when i mentioned the 'on the car' wheel balancing, he had 'to check' if the machine was operational and that someone was there that day that knew how to operate it.. at that point, i knew i was leaving....
