V8V Inside Door Handles

The early 2006-10 Vantages had issues with the seat belt chipping the door handles. Mine was banged up pretty good and I wrapped it for a carbon look. However I am looking for a more permanent solution.

has anyone removed their handles, sand blasted and then painted or powder coated them?

i would love to buy the carbon version but can’t bring myself to spend thousands on door handles.

A few years back as a winter project I removed mine, sandblasted them and polished them back up and then clear powder coated them. They looked pretty good... if you do a search you can find my post for it
