Tire sealant

My tire sealant has expired and I found out that the Volvo stuff is exactly the same. It cost about $45 online. I thought this might be useful for someone else.

i had to use mine and did the same and sourced it from the local Volvo dealer

about $50 vs $250 from Aston

Wouldn't it still work though expired?

Does this stuff gum up the inside of the tire making it difficult to balance once the tire is repaired?

That's one of the features. I opt for the compressor and a plug kit instead. Oh and AAA card.
