1. The dealer?
2. Price?
3. Color - I like it - wondering how will this affect value long term? Average person has no idea what GB even is, other than a color they don't like
I love the car, hate the color. I think if you were to add some contrasting black or fiber to the hood it would be much better. I think Redpants may have some used N420 panels that could add some zip.
Just my opinion, but if you go with that color you'd need to complete the full Gulf motif to really make it pop. It's a great platform to start from to further personalize to your taste.
Pretty polarizing, as I expected. This is probably the 'right' car for a very small % of the marketplace...
Just gotta understand the color. Few understand it.

I like the cars spec and I like the color. If I were in the market for a V8V the color would not scare me away. I would look at it this way. If you decide to sell at some point, you are already selling to a small audience and the rare color might be a plus ? Personally I like seeing these cars in colors besides blacks and greys, go shake it up a bit and rock that blue hot rod !!
I like the specs and color, it's different but light enough to reflect the shadows and reflections to emphasize the curves of the body, a reason I don't like dark Aston colors. It's a 2010 price seems high. I'd offer much less to begin negotiations. For example, the Red 2016 V8 GTS at Morries Aston Martin, certified, 6 speed, with just 2,500 miles was mid 80's now down to 78K, not that much more than the 2010 price! The practically 'new' GTS with cheaper warranty extensions (if needed) and existing certified 1 year warranty is a massive bargain compared to this car.
Thanks for all the input - pretty much what I expected.
I actually prefer unusual colours, just try to stay 'correct' for the purpose. My GT3 is primarily a track car, so the bright works (for me).
I plan to use the Aston as more of a cruiser, so not sure I REALLY want the historic gulf blue - with or without the orange accent wrap. And this coming from someone that knows what it is! I was at LeMans a few years ago, there was a GT12 in same livery camping next to us... wow...
I like bright and unusual colors as well even though my V8V is not that. Your GT3 reminds me of my speed yellow 997S I sold last year. But I'll have to say I could not do Gulf Blue. Too light a blue for me. Nicely spec'd car though.
I adore the color big time and was working my friend hard to buy that car. He keeps a car about a year or so and then I would buy it off of him. It has a lot of owners which was a concern of his. At the price of the car, you could have two years AM warranty and it's still a reasonable buy.
