Velocityap parts feed back

Hi All,
I made a thread earlier on ordering the following parts from Velocityap:

200 cells
ecu tune
air filters
twin clutch and fly wheel.

Over all i love the out put of all of this the car for sure feels much much more responsive, Big shout out for great customer service.
Can't really evaluate each part as i installed all at once, I will put some dyno numbers as soon as im fully done breaking in the clutch.

definitely much way faster rpm because of the fly wheel, clutch feeling and engagement is by far out of this world compared to the stock one,
My only comment would be i was surprised by how loud the 200 cells made the car sound. I'm glad i didn't order any other exhaust parts cause that sounds loud enough.

keep up the great work looking forward to what i could do to gain just a bit more power, Please do share if anybody think what could be the next move / part to install.

Thanks...

Get the headers. That's the last piece missing in he equation. You may also want to change your exhaust muffler but I'm not sure whether this adds more horse power. An x-pipe is another component but again not sure whether this provides any appreciable horsepower gains.

From there, the can start shaving weight of the car, but this is a long term project since there are so many areas in which you can massage the car to reduce weight.

thanks buddy... i was more looking into areas not related to exhaust the car is very loud as it is now lol, maybe a lighter crank pully, or not sure if any body has experimented in a ported & polished head.
I know what you mean on the weight reduction and as u said this is a long project and might not be the most effective in terms of money to power value.

djloush: Headers do not make the car louder. I have a 2013 Vantage S with an X-Pipe secondary cat delete and that modification was enough for me and the horsepower gain was noticeable. Spending money on the headers will not result in noticeable horsepower gains. I kept my exhaust stock.

First of all, thanks for the great review and glad you are so happy with the parts!

The headers won't produce any change in volume, we do hear people say quite frequently that the tone gets smoother. Adding an XPipe to the system, either in the center section or in one of our Touring mufflers will smooth the tone out a fair bit as well, makes it a bit more manageable.

Great I think headers it is... cause as far as i know it is the one to add the most in terms of power VS the X pips or the rear mufflers right?

There's always the supercharger kit that Rich sells at Redpants...

Also, hey, Stuart, are the VAP headers equal-length?
