The whole bumper is different, looks like its got a different shape in the pics. That said, the vulcan style one looks much stronger, so either people love it or hate it. The new one is more understated and less likely to evoke a visceral reaction.
I think the turbo engine and price hike is what hurt sales most from enthusiasts. Even though from a performance standpoint the new vantage is a monumental leap ahead of the NA versions. It can now hang with other top sports cars without question.
I think Aston should have made a deal with Revenant Automotive changed the looks for the better - the current change make the front look weird, like it really does not fix the problem but more of a kludge (use ill-assorted parts to make something).
I think it is kind of a improvement, at least you get a grille now vs a big arkward hole. While the grille is not perfect, it looks better but they shouldn't have stopped there.
Headlights, hood line, strake panel gap and diffuser need to go as well before you get to the interior.

I doubt that limits the enthusiast. The previous gen v12 Vantage ranged above the new Vantage and still all are sold.
If these were low 100's with a 4 year warranty and a dealer was nearby to work out any issues with the new platform I'd consider it, but for now... no thanks, I have enough money pits in my life
I am in love with the blue roadster! Wow. The coupe is a lot more appealing to me now with the slats. If there's deals to be had on a '19 in cool color combo and dealer gives me a good trade in on the Rapide... Vantage could be it.
I just spent some time on the configuration of the Coupe. What I found interesting is they took off the past spectacular looking and classy wheels of current V8 Vantages for some truly odd choices. I noticed there are no safety and convenience options like auto braking, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, but does have that cool active parking option. So I thought - check out if the AMG has that stuff... yep, it does and at $127K starting price for the convertible. Looking at the Ferrari Roma, it appears by the switches it has at least adaptive cruise, not sure on other features, also the Audi R8 config did not indicate easily f those convenience features were standard or available even.

why do you want that crap, its just more things to go wrong? I can't even imagine how expensive fixing something like that would be
also I find those blind spot monitoring things so annoying, do you really need more than some parking sensors or a 360 camera? if so, how terrible of a driver are you that you can't manage a cruise control, hit the brakes for pedestrians, or being able to stay in your lane lol
If I were to ***** about something regarding the new vantage, I'd ***** about not being able to fold away the nav screen!!!!

The turbo engine and price hike is not what hurt sales. The new car design is what hurt sales. People buy Aston Martins for one reason and one reason only. The way it looks. It’s never about performance. A corvette at less than half the price will outperform the V12 Vantage. Currently the Mustang GT 350 and GT 500 will embarrass any Aston Martin on a road course. We buy these cars because there in nothing else quite as beautiful as they are, because we enjoy the sheer adoration that these cars bring out from the average person and car enthusiast alike.
The fact that a Camaro might beat you at the stop light was inconsequential, nothing compared to how the car looked.
They destroyed all that with the new design.
That’s why they are not selling. They left the target audience to explore the Porsche audience only to find out that Porsche does Porsche better that Aston Martin does Porsche.
Back to the original question... Yes, there is a company called Revenant Automotive who are in the process of prototyping an aftermarket front and rear end for the New Vantage. Their website is down at the moment but you can check them out on Instagram @revenantautomotive.
Here are a couple of renders I downloaded previously.
That is a beautiful car, front and rear. It doesn't look like a 15 year old designed it.

Cars can grown on you, but I agree that the problem is the price. How did we get to a 200k car after options? Insane! Above 200, you can start to look at McClarens, and the like.
I agree. It looks gawky and not really better. Actually, in black, it looks amusingly like Darth Vader's mask mouth right down to the cheeks. They need to just look at the DB10 and do that!
I agree it looks somewhat weird - like they kept the 1.Gen grill underneath and simply stretched an elastic material across it.
And in the end they had to elongate the center piece to keep the stretch under tension.
Probably that was the cheapest way to keep the overall aerodynamic balance the same...
